2. Information Collected and Received

RoundAbout collects Personal Data to: (i) deliver the Services requested, (ii) help improve the user experience, and (iii) support our business functions. RoundAbout collects Personal Data in a variety of ways when its users interact with the Services. More information about the categories and sources of Personal Data is provided below.

2.1 Provided Information

RoundAbout collects Personal Data that users choose to share with us. At times, we may require users to provide certain information to access specific features of our Services, fulfill user requests, or deliver requested Services. This may include details such as your name, email address, physical address, payment information, and other relevant data necessary for account creation or service delivery.

2.1.1 Registering for an Account

If you establish an account with RoundAbout, we may require you to provide your name, email address, physical address, payment information, Google ID, Meta ID, Apple ID and/or a password to create your account. All payment data is securely stored and processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. We encourage you to review Stripe's privacy policy to understand your rights and how your payment information is handled.

2.1.2 Location Information

RoundAbout is a rental marketplace platform designed to facilitate the short-term sharing and rental of household items. To support this functionality, RoundAbout may use your geo-location information to identify potential new users of its Services, create and launch new neighborhoods, and determine locations for items made available on the platform.

2.1.3 Personal Data Disclosure

RoundAbout's Services may allow you to disclose Personal Data. By providing such information, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to: (i) submit that information to us; and (ii) permit us and our third-party service providers to manage, process, use, and disclose that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2.1.4 Communicating with Us

You may choose to provide us with Personal Data when communicating directly with us, such as when you request support, submit questions or feedback, or complete surveys. 2.2 Information RoundAbout Obtains from Others

5. How We Share and Disclose Information

5.1 Service Providers and Business Partners

We may share Personal Data with third-party companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or assist in operating the Services and our business. These services may include customer support, hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, marketing, and database management. Such third parties are permitted to use your Personal Data only as authorized under our agreements with them.   • You may choose at any time to stop receiving marketing emails from us by adjusting your preferences in your account settings. You can also opt out of certain other non-essential emails through your account settings or by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in any commercial email message. Please note that, regardless of your marketing email preferences, we may continue to send you important administrative communications related to RoundAbout.   • If you do not provide the Personal Data that we need to provide the Services, we may not be able to provide with the Services or certain functionalities. We will tell you what Personal Data that you must provide in order to receive the Services.
  • If you choose to connect to the Services through your social media account or another third-party platform, you may be able to use your settings on that platform to limit the information we receive. If you revoke our access to information from a third-party platform, this will not affect data we have already collected from that platform.
  • Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") option. Because no common industry or legal standard for DNT has been established, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We will continue to monitor developments regarding DNT technology and standards.
  • If you connect to the Services through our mobile application and use features that collect location information, you will be asked to consent to this collection. If you initially consent, you can later stop location data collection by adjusting your device preferences or by uninstalling our mobile application.
